1. Who we are and who these terms are for

These terms govern the use of qrleads.net and of the introduction service provided by Qronos Leads OÜ, registry code 17143926, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("Qronos Leads"). The service is offered only to businesses acting for professional purposes. By using the catalogue or requesting an introduction, you confirm that you act on behalf of a business.

2. The service

Qronos Leads presents ingredients and finished formulas from manufacturers, mainly in Asia, and introduces interested buyers worldwide to those manufacturers. Listing is free for manufacturers. Qronos Leads is an intermediary. It does not sell, buy, store or ship goods, and it does not become a party to any supply contract.

3. Price

The service is free for buyers. Qronos Leads is remunerated by manufacturers under separate written agreements. No fee is charged to a buyer unless agreed in writing beforehand.

4. Use of the catalogue

Sheets are published without the manufacturer's name. You may not scrape, copy in bulk, resell or republish the catalogue, or try to identify the manufacturers behind the sheets other than through an introduction. Documents and names received after an NNN are confidential.

4 bis. Accounts

Accounts are reserved for registered companies. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your work email. The information you give must be accurate; Qronos Leads may verify it, refuse an account or close it at any time. Sample requests are open only to verified accounts.

5. Introductions and NNN

The identity of a manufacturer and its full documentation are disclosed only after both parties sign a mutual non-disclosure, non-use and non-circumvention agreement ("NNN"). Where these terms and an NNN differ, the NNN prevails. Any supply contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the manufacturer, on their own terms.

6. Information and compliance

Information in the catalogue comes from manufacturers and public sources and is provided in good faith, without warranty of accuracy or completeness. It is not legal or regulatory advice. Each buyer remains responsible for checking the conformity of ingredients and finished products with the law of the markets where they are sold, including novel food status, maximum levels, labelling and claims, and for its own quality controls (specifications, certificates, batch analyses).

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qronos Leads is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss resulting from the performance of a manufacturer or a buyer. Its total liability towards a user in connection with the free service is limited to EUR 500. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps confidential the non-public information received from the other in connection with the service, during the relationship and for three years after its end.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes

Qronos Leads may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of use applies.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes arising from an NNN are settled as provided in that NNN. Other disputes fall within the jurisdiction of Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia.
